From our initial meeting to the last ounce of sealer on the stone, Lucia and her team had fantastic quality and outstanding customer service. She not only advised on what she thought would look nice in our home, more importantly, she steered us out of the woods when we wanted to buy some stone with fissures and she advised us to hold out for better quality. She is well known and respected by all of the marble/granite stores we visited (all of them in the bay area), she helped us purchase the product at great prices too. Then she and her team followed through with templating and deciding on edging. They move quickly - in a flash our product was installed by her really nice and professional team. Leo provided great advice on installing the marble properly to accommodate what I wanted to do with the mantle etc. The installation was top- knotch, you can't see any seams.
